I was excited about using this app for my projects. It sounds good in theory. All this taskers seem available for all kinds of work for you but wait til you have to book. Two taskers canceled on me without app sending any cancellation notifications. If I didn't keep checking the app, I'd find out only when they didn't show up at the scheduled time. Not cool! They will charge you for one hour of tasker's hourly rate if you cancelled within 24 hours, what about when it's other way around ?

Downloaded the app to make some extra money, clicked "become a tasker" and get redirected to a page offiliated with a different app (tasker) and can't make an account because my email was used for the first app, customer service finally got back to me after filling out their forms and jumping through their hoops to tell me they don't need any new taskers in the area at the moment. All done by someone in another country copy and pasting responses that might as well be a bot. Wish I could give a 0

The website doesn't work. The app won't give me chat notifications. When someone cancels, I can't edit the task/description before trying someone else, I have to start over. When someone cancels, I can't rate my experience with them. I'm definitely looking for an alternative gig-work app.

I wish this app would allow you too set the time and day you need a takr, rather you look through the whole list find someone you like and then it tells you oh by the you can only pick this person this certain dates. For example: I need someone available this weekend only, but I don't wanna go one by one to see if they're available or not. This feature should be common sense. Please add.

My first time using the app was great. I found a guy who set up my desk in a prompt and efficient manner. Unfortunately, my recent move was a disaster with not one, not two but FIVE Taskers canceling on me five minutes before they were supposed to start. The Taskers who bothered to show up were mostly friendly and professional (though the second ones double charged me). I don't have enough space to address problems with the app itself. Sorry.

I've had pleasant experiences with the taskers I've hired on the app, who have been professional and easy to work with. However, the app itself is very glitchy and could use improvement. The chat feature constantly freezes, forcing you to close and reopen the app every time you attempt to have a conversation with a tasker. There's a basic set of tasks that appear on the home screen and you don't have the ability to search for more specialized tasks (even if people list them on their profiles).
