The worst app ever. So is the website(the online/mobile check-in is not visible, nobody cares about company info when in a rush!). In the app, the ticket number is formed by a series of digits that do not fit in the case, so you have to figure out yourself that you need to remove the first 3 digits. Choosing the seat number is not visible. The boarding pass is a joke as sms!! Is small in a corner, and the general info is huge, not mobile friendly. No info about baggage allowance in ur ticket!

It is a easy check in procedure, but, you can't save pdf format of the ticket. You have a button like "print ticket" but nothing is happening. Also I would like to link my gmail account, maybe it will be great if a electronic ticket will be send directly to email. I did not try to buy a ticket, waiting for more stable and mature version. Istead, used their online site, nothing to complaain till now.

So far the app has almost zero added value compared to web check-in. It doesn't remember anything, doesn't offer any value, each time you have to fill in all the fields all over again, "Information on baggage policies is currently unavailable", you cannot save your boarding pass to your device - clicking Print boarding pass doesn't work, you can only have it sent to your email. Not useful.

I just had the best experience with KLM so I joined the flying blue club and wanted to give the TAROM app a chance as well. While it was installing I read some of the reviews of other users and after I finished reading them, instead of opening it, I uninstalled it instantly. It looks like TAROM didn't catch up with the technology yet. I didn't see a single person to say it worked smoothly and have the basic features of an app of this kind. Instead I saw some rude replies from TAROM. Shame.

It's the second time that I uninstall this app, frustrated by just how bad it is. I tried to do my check-in in the app, but it blocked and refused to show me whether the check-in was successful or not. The lady at the Tarom counter at the Bucharest airport was very annoyed by my request to check-in as this had already been done through the app. Today I've already received three times the same bloody notification which takes time to find as pushing the button won't take you to it. Enough.

I managed to get to the stp when you have to send the boarding passes to email or moble only to realise that I hadn't been asked about what seats to choose in the plane. With an obvious "Back" button missing I chose the option "Back to check in" only to have myself without boarding passes. Now my reservation cannot be found anymore. If you don't print or save your boarding passes when you are at that step it's "bye-bye boarding passes". One star worth of experience.
