Good app but false statement re this app being registerd as beta to another account as I have been forced to copy and paste responses for the last several months for one device as Google LLC refuses to properly administer as they insist on assigning one app on only one device to 2 different gmail accounts and have been making similar 'assigned to different gmail account' for beta. claims. Applies for all Android devices incl. LGVelvet,Moto4,Pixel4. EOF.

Great app to locate my photos without a GPS accessory on my DSLR. Not completely intuitive, but it definitely works, even through the Grand Canyon!

So close to perfect (I've paid for full). I wish you could add another track, onto an existing trip. I have a trip for birding. Over multiple days I've gone out, and recorded each days track to the same trip (didn't make a new trip, so it writes to the same trip). I made a new trip for driving today. I can't go back to my birding trip and continue recording a new track (I like to see all the tracks on one trip pertaining to what it is I'm doing). I also can't delete erroneous tracks off a trip.

This app just can't make an accurate track. As I walked up a long and straight street, the app had my pictures placed 200 yards on each side. The track was a zigzag pattern. I tried it numerous time. Then it began to stop.working--only recording two to four points. I have tried it on an iPhone and a Google Pixel. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I am tired of trying to get this one to work I can correlate my pictures in many other ways with a more accurate track made by other hiking apps.

The app itself seems to be pretty good. But the customer support is basically non existant even though I paid for the full version. I have sent them two customer support requests through their website with no response in over a week. In response to other users' ratings they have said to contact them through their website, but if others have had the same level of service that I have then I would avoid this app and find one either free or where you can actually get a response to your questions.

The original Geotag Photos Pro (1) stopped working so I had to purchase the Geotag Photos Pro 2. Unfortunately, Pro 2 updates location primarily based on time with distance only as a secondary factor. With Pro 1 I could set DISTANCE from previous location to be the main reason to log my location. Also, Pro 2 is unable to send/share the .gpx file via email. Gmail won't add the attachment and Bluemail says it has an attachment but can't send it. I suspect this is because Pro 2 stores the .gpx file in a different and inaccessible location to these email programs. Instead I have to send the file to my Dropbox or Google drive or attach the phone to my computer and manually transfer it.
