This app is asking me to pay twice when using the same google account. Have followed all instructions correctly. When I try to pay the second time returns an error saying I already own the app and refuses to let me download it! So it's unusable at this point. Edit: this issue was resolved with assistance of the development team (see advice below) and the app is now working fine.

The app crashes occasionally, however this may be my Oppo phone. I am most concerned that my puppy can teleport across the room when watching him on the app. I haven't seen him do this with me in the room but he must not have noticed the camera. Could also be a lagging video but feel teleporting more likely.

terrible! I couldn't install the app on my other Android device but the developers have charged me 4 times for one purchase!!!! It's not even usable and they have charged me nearly $40 AUD! Ridiculous

It works okay, I use it when I work lomg shifts. Although, it made me pay for it on both devices, so I had to pay it twice.

I am unable to play the commands and speak to the dog via the bluetooth speakers connected to my iPad. The commands and voice feature only functions when it's coming directly out of the ipad but not when connected to speakers! this is causing issues any dog can hardly hear me.

Purchased the app and it downloaded fine on the first phone. Unable to install it on the second phone, saying i already own the app, so unable to use the app and can't get a refund :(
