This app became the worst it can ever be ! Extremely irritating. For example when you order from mart and one of the items is not available you get a refund at the same time when you receive a wrong item from that same order and report it an error comes up telling you that refund has been already made for the unavailable item and can't report anything else.! The auto support system is at the lowest levels of failure for a while. No contact for support. Whoever is managing this project wake up!

The app makes far too many mistakes. Very often, customer service tells the user to pay for their order and guarantees they will send someone to fix it, which they never do. Once they guarantee your money, they don't care. Delivery drivers are scared of getting in trouble, so you often have to follow their so called procedure after fearing that the already struggling delivery driver will take the fall from cancelling the order, or just not paying for the missing items. Uninstalled!

(disclaimer: this one is the old review, the edit is down below) Absolutely awful! This app is completely broken in terms of areas and a lot of the restaurants menu don't load correctly and even when they do, it's unorganized. Totally would not recommend this to anyone. Edit: a lot has changed about the app since my initial review 2 years ago and I have to say, most of the changes were pretty good actually. The app has improved greatly and almost all of the issues I had originally were fixed!

Talabt had started off very good. The service was exceptional 👏 However, I am starting to notice a strange behaviour for about 4-6 months! Some vendors that I was frequently ordering from started to disappear one by one. These vendors were usually cheap ones with a very good service. Talabt started showing some high-end expensive vendors instead, suggesting to buy from them. When I contacted the vendors, they said that everything is OK from their end. I tried reaching to Talabat, but in vein.

I put in the voucher code when placing the order which showed I had a discount on my order however, after placing the order and receiving the food I noticed the bill had the full price, there was no one to contact and even no one in talabat to fix this issue as whoever I speak to just say to contact customer service through the app but no such help they give at all from CS...... first time I had ordered through talabat and it was a horrible experience in all....

It's a very bad application and totally unprofessional customer service. I purchased some items and paid for it with my credit card. But they did not deliver an item, although it was paid for. I contacted them via the application, but I only got less than half the money I paid for this item. They just kept the rest until now. It has been more than 2 weeks now. I stopped ordering from the app, and I use another app now. Please be careful when you pay with your credit card using the Talabat app.
