The prices in the app don't match what they charge you. I checked out with a total of $34, and later it charged me $40, and it appears the prices on each item went up $.50-$1 after I checked out. The app has the wrong closing time for our local stores, and then cancelled our order at 8pm because "the store closed" and when we showed up to pick it up they didn't have a record of it and said they close at 11pm. We've used this app for years and this is just terrible.

I like the idea of the app and ordering ahead, but they don't have your order made ahead of time, so what is the point of ordering ahead? I have ordered a total of 3 times on the app, twice of which I had to cancel because the first time the store I went to ran out of beef... BEEF! The second time I had to wait in the drive thru for an hour despite ordering ahead, and the third time, the store closed over an hour early because they were "low on stock". What happened Taco Bell?

My first experience was a frustrating mess that took several minutes of 5 minute wait-outs to even start using. Consider then that payment didn't even go through the first time and I had to start over, and that makes this app hot garbage. At least it's easier to customize orders on a phone than it is to say to a person, and that's the reason I give this 2 stars instead of 1.

Normally I have had very minimal issues with this app, unless the were done by me (choosing the wrong store, etc). This morning I woke up and clicked on a notification I got, and now I can't even get in my account??? I tried logging in on two different phones, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. Can't get in on my computer either. Any idea about this issue, can I get some help?

The fatal flaw with this app is it charges your card before you checking in. Placed an order, got an error that my order could not be processed. I didn't think much of it, but my card was charged and I never went to get my food because how would I know. Both McDonalds and Chick-fil-A don't charge your card until you check in. Now I'm afraid to use this app for mobile orders.

Every time I go to order food it allows me to put everything in my cart and get to the checkout select my payment but when I go to process my payment it's saying unable to process we're having issues. It's been like this for a while and kind of a bummer because they don't offer things in store that they do on the app that we enjoy eating. Hope they get it fixed soon for the convenience and the availability or make online available items available in store again.
