- Hotel Information: Provision of the location of domestic/foreign Lotte Hotel branches and weather information in each areas.
- Facility Information: Provision of detail and photo information of restaurant, guest, banquet, wedding rooms, and other facilities.
- Membership: Provision of the basic information regarding the membership, registration, and log-in features of the membership.
- Reservation: Reservation for the restaurant, hotel & resort rooms, and package service (Info. regarding special offers from each hotels will be provided.)
- Tour Guide: GPS shopping, restaurant, entertainment, and sightseeing locator and info. provided (Only applies to the hotels in South Korea.)
- Multilingual Support: Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese.
