Utter disgrace. Ordered food, order accepted, took payment, waited for almost an hour for delivery, after an hour got a call from the takeaway saying we were too far away (less than 5 miles). Now been told I have to wait up to 5 business days to get a refund. Took my money instantly and expect me to wait 5 days for a refund. Total scammers. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I much prefer Food Hub than Just Eat! No hidden service charges, everything is always much better prices and sometimes we get great offers. Customer services at food hub have always been amazing too. They have always resolved our problems. The app is also very easy to use although I feel it would be nice to change the decision and make it appear a bit more modern then there will not be any comparison! Keep it up, Food Hub!

Took double payment. Days passed as bot told me to wait. Nothing happened, no refund. Cant contact them (no number, emails getting ignored). After waiting almost 2 weeks for refund, i done some research. Apparently I have 2 options. 1) go straight to bank. Or 2 Contact payment gateway and get ignored, so eventually end up at option nr1. You a.s.s.holes took that money of overdraft, and ignore me!!!!! Awoid at all cost, 💩💩💩 company!!!

They're never open I'd give them 0 star if that was possible. Its a big shame cause the menu reads very well. But everytime I've ordered it comes back with a message saying "sorry not taking orders etc" and this has gone on for a good 2 weeks. Such a same as the menu they're presenting is very enticing.

They don't update the takeaways in real time so I've ordered twice just to have my order cancelled, then they say it can take upto 3-5 days for the money they took to be reimbursed. I'm sick to death of these clowns, when you go to live chat they are arrogant and offer 3 pounds off your next order. I can't afford to have nearly 40 pounds taken from my account because of their error, horrible company.

App goes into terrible flickering mode when you land in most pages. The menus disappear then jump all over the place on occasion. If it wasn't for this, the app would be straight forward to use. I lose interest very quickly when the flickering starts. If it doesn't, then i will complete an order.
