I can't download v2.0 app anymore. I think it is due to country restrictions as my play store account is based in Thailand even though I'm currently residing in Yangon. Pls fix this!

A good app. But scanning method to access customers' accounts (the way to get QR code by entering into the app) should be changed into another way; eg, customer's mobile phone no., account no. or an ID card to scan. And reward points should added more (eg, 5 points) for people who are using recycle bags instead of plastic bags.

May 8 and then May 9 without any significant changes, you think you could just send notification and force user redirect to Play store ? very bad user experience! And very unresponsive reply just come Mar 18 2020, "from time to time" ? It's like sending hand written letter with 🕊️ to get your reply. Waiting for your app update ? No thanks

I use city rewards notonly for point collections, butalso for money deposit and payment. recently asks for update the app: I can not update yet. waiting for longtimes.Tried manytimes. all failed. So I cannot use app for tendays now .
