Why all the permissions? Device ID and call information is not needed.

Unlike other wifi doorbells I have tried, this one works. Easy install. Nice wide view. Local memory big plus for PRE-motion detect recording. No waiting for cloud. Never misses anything. IR and audio not so good. Wish I could download video clips to my phone. Wish the video playback could rotate to full screen.

We installed the doorbell and app on May 7. It worked for a couple of hours. Once I exited the app, it wouldn't work anymore. It won't connect to the internet, so neither the doorbell chime or the phone app will work. I tried it with an android phone and an Apple I-pad mini. It's been too long since I purchased the doorbell, so I can't return it. FRUSTRATING!

Though the hardware is decent, the downlodable software Android App is a bummer. HIGHLY Unstable and Unpredictable. When someone is at the door ringing the bell, the application sometimes fires up and at times doesn't show anything. This makes it eventually just a wireless doorbell which is hardly 1/10 of the cost of this iDoorbell. If the android application is any better may be this company will have good future. Otherwise it's just a piece of expensive junk. I am typing on first day of installation.!

I previously like it but now disliked it. This is caused by applications not working. I reported multiple times but no response. This is problem..

Hate both the bell and the app for it. It will sometime take up to some HOURS to get the device to function. In my case I gave it up, and did contact the seller in ebay (eshow.deals), and the seller promised to send a new doorbell. But then he didn't send it. So at the end I opened the doorbell, cleaned all the contacts inside it, and finally it start to work, BUT NOT WITH THE APP. I can use it now as a normal doorbell, that give a doorbell sound to the included loudspeaker (using my home-wifi system to connect to the loudspeaker), but the app will not be able to find the doorbell or connect to it. I would might as well have bought a cheap wireless doorbell for just using the sound. If it is possible to give a minus stars, I will do, to the seller, to the doorbell it self and to this useless app.
