It was okay until 3 weeks ago with all my iPhones, iPad and even my Android phone. I was able to watch my 2 cameras. But all of a sudden, I wasn't able to log in with all of my devices when I am on my wifi signal, it would say "connection server failed". I have troubleshooted with Annke (camera manufactuer) for over 3 weeks and no help. I've resetted my router many times, resetted my cameras, but nothing worked. I know the problem is not my 2.4GGHz wifi, not all of my 4 devices, not cameras

HORRIBLE! Freecam is losing a lot of business bc of this App. I have had 3 other cameras and this is the worst app EVER! Cant even get to the setting to set up push notifications! It probably worked well at some point, but obviously app is not being maintained. Returning camera that I really like. App makes it useless!

The app sucks. You can read only half of all words, the audio speaker doesn't work, I can't get any notifications(and I have enabled all permissions), I can't delete unwanted videos individually. Please upgrade the app🙏🙏🙏🙏

App wants permission to go into my cells info for it to work, Commonsense says they are crazy & I'm sending the camera back to the company for this reason. Cam has its own SD card so why does the app need access to my personal cells info? Fishy as all hell big brother

No notifications? Should be push notifications to your phone. You shouldn't have to check the App just to see if there has been motion detected. As basic as it gets.

The worst app ever!! It worked for about 6 hours and then stopped and no matter what I've done it will not come back on!!!
