This camera is piece of sh***! after 1 month it stopped working. I uninstalled the app to install it and start from scratch and every time I try to do that it says that I have no internet service. Which is a complete lie because I have service I'm able to install other apps with no. This camera is worthless. Just a waste of money.

It doesn't work most of the time It was not working with Android 9 for ages. They developer fixed it but now I can't connect anymore (network error etc). This was a problem in the past and was fixed but its back now. In general you can't trust that you will actually have a camera when you need it...

Furious!! ZERO STARS!! Bought 2 x cameras couple of years ago, working fine until couple of weeks ago, now nothing! Won't sign in, can't use with other apps & emailing Mr Robert Lou, not even decent enough to send a reply. No support so DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Will be telling consumers on website bought from same!!!

Unable to connect through the app. Been that way on others apps with saying no "network connection". Emailed and received no response.
