This app is terrible. It gives shuttle notifications, but when you go to clear them (individually, because you can't clear them all at once nor do they clear automatically -- even if days go by and the notification is no longer relevant), the app crashes. The shuttle times also sometimes don't track, and you have no idea what time the shuttle is coming (or if it's even on the way).

I guess it's good at telling you when the next bus is coming where and you can see which type (black, gold, tiger in town, etc.) but then more than half the time it doesn't work or gives you inaccurate information on the arrivals. It also took forever to load whenever I clicked on the app so there was literally no use of having it.

The live tracking is inconsistent and often down and the customer service is awful.

Never works

There's no live tracking for buses. It just lists routes, which can be viewed from an offline PDF from the University website. This application is not ready for anyone to use it.

It's just as good as the website.. pretty useless. Can't track the bus and provides no estimated arrival time. It's a waste of space to have the app. Just use the website... which us just as pointless/useless
