The app straight up doesn't work. Constantly says that I'm offline, doesn't work on mobile data, doesn't work on wifi, the map shows that everything is an ocean and it constantly spams notifications that no routes are available. What happened to this app.

The only good thing about it that we can see the bus moving. But the times are generally not accurate not even close to the real wait time for the bus arrival. It also pisses me off that we can see the bus route when the buses are not running.So basically if a bus stops running at 7 pm we cant even see the bus path after that. Planning for the next day is nearly imposible thru the app. Now its 11 pm and i dont even know what buses serve the stop i need. So whats the point, i cant figure it out

Frequently Doesn't work. Is great when it does, but especially in the mornings, the app won't show any busses locations. It only shows the route map. Is great to know if the bus is just around the corner, or if I just missed it, but more often than not lately, this is just an app that shows the route maps. Completely unhelpful in its intended purpose.

Without this app I would have had to spend countless hours out in the freezing cold wondering where the bus is. My only advice is that I wish all the buses had GPS. Sometimes a bus might break down so you have send out an older one from the lot to continue the route but it looks like there is no bus coming because the older bus isn't registering on the app.

Pretty useful, though there are some problems. It waits just long enough for you to get zoomed in/out so you can see what you want before it zooms all the way out before it zooms in on your location. And some mornings they don't turn the system on on their end so you can't see anything in the mornings.

it used to be a really good app but since the tornado the app no longer shows the buses anywhere on it. I can't even see the routes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it still doesn't work. so this time I will be permanently be uninstalling the app. I can't even see or track the bus I need anymore.
