Awful app. Keeps crashing and I have been trying to connect for at least half an hour with no success. It keeps trekking me that "WiFi connection is lost". And customer support is not available on weekends. I've already put away my old coffee machine and grinder thinking is be able to use this but I only want it if it can be funneled by alexa. Otherwise it's grossly overpriced for what you get

I bought a GSV-150 Sous Vide immersion cooker. It 'pairs' with the app but it is listed as 'offline'. In speaking with customer service yesterday, they said it's because the app had been down for over a week and they don't have a firm date when it will be fixed. I will update if/when it works.

Can't connect and nothing shows under recepies. I have GTA-2800 from the day that it was released and I was using diffrent Original App "E SMART". I triad this one but it's not seeing my Device network. Is asking to connect to GTA-2800 but my network that GTa-2800 sent is SMART_b26b so I can't connect because there is no other settings. SO THIS APP FOR ME IS JUNK...........

We have never gotten the app to work since October. We even had a new replacement unit sent to us. Now, Customer Service says the app has been down and they are working on it with no expected repair date.

I have the coffee maker. App works most of the time. Occasionally have to reset the coffee maker. App needs some basic user experience features.

i cant even login. just get the loading logo for hours. no log in= no coffee machine set up= me tired and grumpy and returning product without washing it.
