The interractive maps and audio guides are super. They worked really well on my Android phone (not so well on my husband's iPhone). Ticket purchase was a bit confusing since it was still not clear to us if we had to pay for the kids or not, even though we had selected a day and time. It would be an improvement to show only the price options available for the chosen day.

Completely devoid of useful information. Map doesn't show the inside of the palace. Need to go to the website to buy tickets. Audio guides won't load. Even the staff told us to not use the app. Edit: since they had the balls to comment. No there is no functional interior map of the palace. All I get is a grey block with nothing showing rooms or passages. The advice page just told me to read the FAQs with no other info. Absolutely nothing else of value showed up in the app.

So much effort and yet... They have really put a lot of effort in the app, it looks nice, seems really useful but it isn't. You can't navigate the map, can't open links, it's not intuitive, overcomplicated, it's bad design. I opened it in multiple locations and was disappointed every time because I couldn't use it.

Not worth it. The app did not have every number for the display. The actual audio device given at the information desk was free and gave information on every numbered display. The interactive map did not work well offline. The app looked very promising but sadly did nothing.

I like the app because you can get useful information about the whole area! Unfortunately, the audio often stopped so I had to restart them every couple of minutes. And inside the Château de Versailles the GPS function didn't work that well. But in general, I really recommend this application 👍

when it works it's fine. I still don't know where some of the tours are supposed to start. some tours will not download. make sure you download before you get here as signal is spotty esp when you're inside. very little indication inside when you can listen...
