I've used this App for about 2 months now. The charge is normal and the condition of service is standard. However, it takes a long time to get a ride. Again, drivers on the App are very small making it difficult to get one at a faster pace. Also, it receipts of trips should either be shown and downloaded through the app OR sent to emails. Neither is possible. There's more possibilities in this App to make it more usable. It's a nice experience and APP, Keep it up!

Plenty cars appear on the app yet I never get a car when I make a request on the app even when a car is 1 minute away
