Makes ordering ahead of time super convenient. I love that it saves your last order for an easy reorder. **I did have an issue with my rewards not linking/setting up but I clicked "my account photo > MORE ABOUT THIS APP > Get in touch" and within the hour was responded to with a fixed rewards account that was rewarded for all the previous purchases! So so app, but doesn't give you credit for the loyalty program when you make purchases, which is a HUGE downside.

Not able to customize drinks. The app functionality is fine. However, the fact that you cannot make adjustments to ingredients will prevent me from using the app.
