I had a little trouble with the updated version because it was requiring me to review my last order before it would let me place a new order which was something I didn't have to do before, but once I did that I was able to order seamlessly... one note that is a little confusing is, it shows a box at the top saying "download the app" and when I click on it it takes me to the app store where I click "open", so it's a never-ending circle... Just not sure why it's showing that box.

This app used to work just fine on my Samsung galaxy 10, but since the "improvements, " the font is now 5 point and breaks into weird columns, I can no longer pay through the app, and it is v difficult to modify any order as the interface looks more like a web page than an app. Really bummed that you didn't consider Android users in your revamp; and yes, I cleared my cache and uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changed.

The food is delicious, but I order less because it is unusable on a Pixel phone. I understand 95% of the orders are probably done on an iPhone, but this developer should be embarrassed. In the app, it says "download app" the whole time — what??? When I add an item to cart, I have no idea where it goes and I have no idea how to view my cart. Estimations on pick up times are also grossly wrong — on Friday ordering at 8:00pm it said it would be ready at 8:45 — I had to wait nearly 30 minutes.

The fact that the app doesn't tell you your wait time until AFTER you purchase is ridiculous. Right now there is a bowl sitting on their shelf going to waste because I couldn't wait for 1:15 for a salad and there is no way to cancel an order. And even crazier is that I was able to walk into store and make the same purchase going through the line in less than 5 minutes. How does this make sense?

A few issues below that would be great to have resolved. 1. For some reason you no longer get rewards for ordering (I order daily so would expect something by now...) 2. You can't edit an order once it's in your bag 3. When you reorder something you have to find and reselect the store you ordered from last time

Tried to call the store to place an order. They only take orders via their app; tried to order via the app and got very frustrated with a horrible app. Finally gave up and ordered from elsewhere. There are so many better apps out there that you could model yours after. I hope nobody uses yours as a guide to build one. I wonder how much money you are losing because your app stinks. I never said anything about a banner. The response assumes that my problem was something it wasn't. Awful response
