Can I give zero star to this app? Never able to log in, always need to register one more time!! What the worse is, after I finally logged in, it said location share is not open. Whereas, I already open it in my setting. Really really bad experience.

I can never book, 1 out 10 bookings. Always crashing. I sent an email several times because of the issue, still the same. Or made a booking, bus never showed up/30 mins late and told me I wasn't on their system. Showed and told the bus drivers what was happening. Drivers are so nice but that's about it. And wasn't able to link my Opal, "error, or something went wrong".

The app is reasonably simple to use and the on demand service is a big timesaver. A suggested improvement - save previous addresses in the pick up / drop off menu...especially drop off, as most people will use the same drop off address in the evenings. Although it seems like the backend trip allocation code needs some fine tuning... busses drive 10+ mins in the morning peak from Bella vista Station to kellyville for a pick up and drop off to Showground.

Since the upgrade I cannot select the time for pickup. The app crashes regularly. The service is great and I am a regular user but I walk now as the app is rubbish. Feel sorry for the drivers as they face the music. I have also sent feedback and emails and to date have had no replies.... Looks like no one cares.

This service is absolutely atrocious. They have earnt this one star through most of their drivers as they're nice. However, I'll book my bus ride 12 hours prior to ensure that I get picked up at the time I requested and yet right at the last minute the bus time will change from my requested time to 20 minutes later. This is not on, especially considering you're transporting school kids and working adults that need to be on time everyday. This service is for casual events not work.Very unreliable

I can't even book a ride. It won't let me select where I'd even like to be picked up from. No matter what I press on, the map functions as though there were no elements on top of it, so I can't choose where I'd like to be picked up or dropped off as I can't even press on those buttons. I actually need this app to work, much like many other people. I'm not impressed.
