Sorry but the visuals are what killed it for me. I have SPD & am very sensitive to chaotic things. There was just took much going on, with the different colors and brightness levels.. it's a little hard to look at. Otherwise wonderful app, but had to give you one star because I can't use you. If genuinely can't look at the things on your page without feeling sick, than it truly doesn't matter how great you are, because I can't see anything.

Extemely clunky and basically useless. Just shows the arrival times posted from the website. Does not actually track the buses like the Rider app does. Zooming in and out on the map is a nightmare. Constantly running ads that take up space that could be used for the teeny tiny map interface box. Don't waste your data downloading

Does not work! Tried multiple times to get directions and I was never able to get it to work. No matter how many times I pressed go it would not progress or give me any results. I know it's the app because I have gone by bus before. I just don't know what time it comes in the evening because I usually don't go then

This was my"Go To App" for the past few years,but this past week it's not showing Departure Times! All it says is, "2 Days" as the Departures Time on ALL the Line Routes!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times... I get the same issue! SMH! Connecticut Transit Rider 😕
