Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing EZSmiles on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

The app is a lot different than when logging in online. I can't get to the same things both ways. Not very many features in both sites. The app stuck with a circular motion. Not a very useful app or website from my overall evaluation.

It's great that I get notified about my daughter thru the whole day along with pictures!!! The down fall is the app keeps messing up by sending numbers and % instead of words. You cant communicate with the teachers thru the app as well.It's very frustrating!!! App creators please fix this.

Tried to register my email for my daughter's daycare and after registering it took me back to the login. But when I try to log in, the screen goes gray for 15 seconds like it's loading me in and then nothing happens. So I try the "forgot my password" link thinking i can bypass it and just reset and it says my email isn't registered in the system. So THEN I go to re-register my email and after I put in the 4-digit code it says that the account is already active! This is maddening, help please...

App simply doesnt work. Can't get past login screen.

Doesn't work at all. Only returns error messages about being unable to retrieve data. Edit (9/2/2020): Their web app is also completely broken. If you're an administrator considering EZSmiles as a service, don't.

Fixed log in and alert issues. But still can't do payments in phone app, Just online. But i like seeing the kids activities through out the day.
