Customer Hotline/support line useless.. Did not pick up my phone call or reply my messages when i had to wait more than 2 hours for my food. Runner had vehicle issue but only informed me 15mins b4 he/she arrived. Food got so cold and harden when arrived.

Tried this for the first time and was delightfully surprised at the fast service and polite runner, as well as the user-friendly app. I think more items should have photos and descriptions, like you'd get in a regular menu. Overall very happy though, definitely my go-to food delivery service from now on!

Very convenient (lots of vendors on the list), efficient (in terms of payment) and helpful staff. I'm using this app at least twice a week. I really like it. It seems orders close evey Saturday and this is the only thing I dislike about it. I also experienced some long waiting - about 3 times so far. But the runners texted and informed me about the delays. They also apologised in advance. I can forgive them for that.

Second day of using this due to WFH and I have to say the service is shockingly efficient. The Hotline responses are close to immediate, delivery exceptional considering most of the vendors are 20-30 mins away, payment gateway very easy to use. I would however suggest they widen their vendor network and to also add more variety to the menus, for app users to have a favourite vendors tab and an option to manually key in delivery address, among others.

Great idea but not executed well at all. We have ordered from them at least 5 times and have received cold food at least 4 times. Taking an hour and a half to 2 hours to deliver when telling us it would take 40 mins; I asked for a refund once because the food was stone cold and arrived at 9.30pm when we ordered at 7.20 and they may have refunded the $5 (but I dont think so) but they didnt refund the food cost. I wont be using them again.

I love the service, but at $5 per delivery, it's a bit high. Even at $3 during the discount period. $2 would be best. My usage scenario: Pan & Wok, delivered to my office in Beribi. For &5 dollars I'd rather go pick it up in Gadong, but once I'm in Gadong, I can pick any number of eateries available there for a cheaper price. The high delivery price would disinterest vendors in the long run, trust me on this.
