Could not log in and just spoke with customer service. They said my account could not be located and I would have to try and remember my username, says that my accountit partially registered. I had issues with trying to register the first time and I never completed it because it locked up and said error call CS. I had to ask that my insurance cards be sent to me because I never got them in the first place. I don't understand why we have to register through an APP in the first place?!

Absolutely terrible app. I registered and attempted to log in. It won't let me log in. It remains on the log in screen. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. It wouldn't let me put in my log in info. I had to click "username" 10 times before I could. Entered my log in info and it still wouldn't let me log in. I was hoping to be able to use this since they have failed to send me my insurance card.

Horrible App!! Once registered cannot log in. And most the time can't even get the app to allow you to enter your login information. Not impressed with a company that has this worthless of an app. Hope the Dental Insurance is better than the image they are portraying here?!?!

Horrible app. It wouldn't move off the registration screen, but it did register me. I tried to log in but it wouldn't move off the Login screen. I guess I'll have to call about my claim.

Awful. Tried to open but can't!!!!!!!!! Don't even try this app. 😤🤬 This is for my brother's dental insurance. Can't get it to do anything!!!!!!!
