Never works! It will show a bunch of times available but then when you go to book it, it will tell you that the time slot's no longer available. The problem is no matter how many times you refresh it they still show in the app, but won't let you selwct them. I end up having to call and then get the time slot, so it's definitely still available. This app is horrible now, it used to be better!

It's a good idea to have an app for this type of service. However, it would be much more useful if there were more options available, such as: interactive notifications that let clients know what time they should arrive, based on the time they book an appointment and stylist availability; and stylist profiles, which could provide information about stylists' professional experience, allowing the client to choose which stylist provides services to them.

Problem with application is that the stylists on duty do not show on the application. I use a specific stylist as I have very fine, blond hair. It's hard to find someone that knows how to cut it properly. When I'd look online, the list of stylists on duty would show up. Right now, there is no reason for me to keep this application.

Be careful using this app. I have had several instances of appointments booked (with confirmation in app) that didn't get posted at the salon so we were unable to get the haircut. Call if you don't have much flexibility.

super cuts is great and so convenient.. Sandra is amazing! she does such a great job.. I would come to super cuts before the Pandemic and then didn't go back until recently. I was so happy to see Sandra was still there! Plus they have a great discount when you buy a gift card. I love this place!

Why did I make a 2:40 appointment if there are two people ahead of me when I get there. I get falling behind, but making an appointment for a 40 minute wait when I could've just walked in at a less busy time essentially invalidates the purpose of the app. Why would I make time during the week to get my haircut if im going to be stuck in your waiting room for the better part of an hour. Idk seems kinda sus.
