Today, we are unable to see a single road which doesn’t have a pile of garbage at its side. Study says that more than 55% of this litter comes from our houses, 80% of which is hazardous to our health and environment and almost 90% of which can be reused or recycled.

Sukara is all about trying to give its share, for making the use of nature to its cleanest form. We are keen to make sure that every waste picked up is managed, reused or recycled in a way which is less harmful to living beings and nature. Proper management of waste is as crucial as managing your money, one can understand this by looking at the fact that burning one tonne of paper would generate about 750 kilograms of carbon dioxide, imagine the results when tonnes and tonnes of wastes like plastic, electronics, metals, paper etc. collected in landfills is burned or disposed of incorrectly.

We at Sukara believe that every individual expects his surrounding to be clean and free from waste, the key for the same is to manage and timely disposal of the household scrap and main difficulty in doing so is availability of time to go to local scrap dealer (Kabadiwala), his presence when you reach and trust pertaining the weight and rates. Thinking of all these drawbacks, we have designed a process where you will be able to learn the rates of the scrap beforehand and our representative will collect the scrap at your doorstep at your given time, weighing it on electronic scale and paying you on the spot via electronic means.
