Suggestion...do not take the customer to their cart every time they add an item. Allow the customer to navigate to their cart when they are ready to check out. Having to go back and forth 10 times, if I am adding 10 different things, is inconveniently time consuming and infuriating. I have not thoroughly been through the app, however, if what I have seen is any indication of the app overall....it's terrible. Please fix!

I don't know who designed this app, but they deserve to get kicked in the throat every day. There are so many problems, I don't even know where to begin. Sometimes one of my favorite sandwiches "isn't available" at any store. Sometimes reordering the same order, the Gatorade and cookies aren't available, but I can continue and add them after and reorder the same thing that wasn't available 5 seconds earlier. Sometimes it's just F you, your card doesn't work! Throat kick, FTW.

Unlike the old app, the new app does not let you remove items or add items to favorites, or allow you to edit your favorites in any way. For example, if your Subway is out of the cheese in your favorite, you can't substitute another cheese in your favorite like you used to be able to, and instead have to assemble a new order from scratch. It's a step backwards from the old app, and really time-consuming. If this could be changed, I'd give it five stars.

Worked remarkably well, I'm impressed. Could go without the "Would you like to add more?" after every sandwich order though. Not even regarding a meal, but extra cheese, meat, etc. I chose everything on it, and the sliders are intuitive. It I wanted it, I'd have added it. Great overall though, compared to most food apps that run into error after error.

Truly the worst app ever created. There is no way anyone who created this app has ever tried to order with it. Roughly half of the time it tells me the store is closed when it isn't. If I try to add a favorite, it gives an odd message such as there is no lettuce; but if I rebuild the order it is fine. PLEASE SOMEONE WITH A LITTLE TALENT TAKE OVER AND FIX IT!

This app is nearly unusable. I can drive to the store, order and nearly make it the 2 miles home before you can finish an order for 4 people. Med drink? Large drink? Nope you're getting a small. Want to change your favorite from a 12" to a 6"? Nope you're getting the whole damn thing. Take this back to your app designer and beat them to death with it. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead 1 is that I did get food, we think. I haven't finished my order.
