Actualice la para que funcione con el dñredmi note 8 pro y cambio la nota. La app está buena, el problema es la falta de compatibilidad con muchos teléfonos.

Buenas tardes. La app no me actualiza (desde el 27/10/19 ) el estado de saldo de mi SUBE ni tampoco los movimientos de la misma, a pesar de que la sigo usando diariamente, tanto para cargarle saldo como para comprar boletos. Ya la desinstalé y la volví a instalar en diferentes oportunidades para ver si su sistema se actualiza y también el mío. Cuál es el problema?
