This app has been working fine till the latest update I am unable to book a ride for the past 2 weeks and I would have to call office to have them find me a driver.

Rating the app itself: You have to make an account and you must enter your credit information before you can see anything. You cannot make an informed decision about going with a taxi/shuttle/etc beforehand because you cannot see the availability of the cars nor the surge prices. After all that, I requested a ride. UI is similar to Uber. I was stuck on "Requesting ride" screen with the only option to "cancel ride". My ride came and called me, even though I had no idea it went through. App sucks

Worst cat sharing app ever. App is too heavy for Gaum's network. It doesn't search the places properly. I managed to book a ride only one time! And the waiting sign rotates forever even when my booking has already made. The driver took a detour even when it wasn't a peak time, so the cost charged doubled as the estimated rate app indicated. Also, it was hard to catch a driver. I waited for 30 mins to catch one to the airport, but no use. I ended up use a normal taxi, and wasted my precious time.

This App is HORRIBLE. Won't let you select destinations, estimated fares are inaccurate, and drivers are so slow. You can't see if they're coming or not, so you just have to wait and cross your fingers. And cancelling a ride cuz they're so slow will cost you $5. yeah, cabs are expensive but you really get what you paid for. Just bite the bullet and take a cab - no need to wait for these drivers. Don't waste your time.

The app seems to operate on a similar premise to Uber in other areas, however due to what I assume must be a lack of drivers, all I was met with was a loading screen. The longest I waited was for about fifteen minutes while I ate lunch to get a ride yet while I still got no transportation, this time I was charged five dollars for a "cancellation fee." I have contacted the developers for a refund to this charge, however I would highly suggest looking elsewhere for reliable transportation.
