After some trouble getting it connected I was able to connect just fine the app works great as a companion piece to the volcano hybrid (in my experience I had to go to the settings and allow permission for location manually also make sure both your Bluetooth and location are on) is this vaporizers worth the hassle of setting it up? Yes 💯 for the flavor!

Fix your android app!!!! Everything online says you know the issues and keep telling people to send in their devices... NO! fix the android side of things cause apparently iOS works fine so I know you can fix it. I put in the serial number and it just flashed red with no other options given. You boast bluetooth capabilities yet half your clients dont have access to it.... do better

Terrible, terrible app. Half the functions do not work at all. The app itself is total garbage. I have to uninstall & reinstall it every single day just to get out to connect to the device. If I have to uninstall & reinstall every day & it has literally been everyday since I've had it, THAT is a garbage app.

Great, except there needs to be an option to turn off the blue flashing light while charging, while leaving all other LED settings fixed. Very annoying to have to use the app every night just to be able to charge in my bedroom.

The app can't even launch. I activate Bluetooth, then the location service and the app stops and Android says "app keeps closing". So I can't even launch it once nor use my crafty+ as it should

Despite some of the negative reviews this works fine for me on Android. No problems with connectivity and all the functions, while fairly basic, are fine. Re-connects each time with no issues.
