Why is it that every time I have an issue with my account, perhaps an overdraft or no balance in my prime account, then I can't even login to my mpawa app? Why do I have to go to the branch each time to have this access restored while I could easily see the problem on my mobile device and sort it out remotely? Please look into that! Denying people access to their accounts is not serving any purpose at all, just jamming your call centers!

The stopped working long time ago. New version should be developed. Again when withdrawing to mpesa option, it should add others coz it always give one option"self".

I wish I could give it a negative star. It used to work so well but everything stopped with an update last year, since then it's impossible to log in.
