App doesnt work keep trying to get digital download on tickets i bought and takes me to the app store where ive already installed the app.

Not a fan of this app. I purchased tickets online and then had the app installed per the instructions. I then forwarded the tickets to family members so they could use them. They followed the same directions and now they cannot see the tickets. I am actually on the phone now with the help customer service staff, and have been waiting, no kidding for 45 minutes now. I pray my family can get into the game. Not worth the stress.

This app is not user friendly at all. When I input my credit card # it would digits that I didn't type. It won't let you use your card for more than 1 ticket. Each person you buy a ticket for has to load the app and use their own card for "1" ticket. I wanted to buy a ticket for my 80 yo mother and couldn't explain to her how to get one without going to her house and doing it myself. I don't mind buying tickets through a website but this is the most ridiculous app for ticket purchases.

Just installed it, bought 2 tickets, go to download and I get sent to the google store to download the app-which is installed!!
