While this app is much better than the original app that we had it is still pretty clunky. I cannot update my profile name properly, when I upload a profile picture it rotatea the picture with no ability to edit, and my wife and I drive the same make and model of car and the app provides no place for us to differentiate between the two. Overall the app does what is supposed to do, but they missed many small details that would make the app way better to use.

This app doesn't work as it should. I have two cars and installed two separate devices on both vehicles and activated both but keep getting a text message from my insurance company telling me to activate now to keep your discount!! Still has bugs that need immediate attention to be fixed because it causes you to loose your auto insurance discount!!!

Unfair and inconsistent rating. You are also marked as "speeding" on roads clearly showing a higher speed limit. Their "contact support" feature does nothing and I assume is there as a pat on the head to allow you to feel better. Though I am trying as hard as I can to improve my driving habits, the inconsistencies and errors are extremely perplexing.

App doesn't work. New customer and from the start the App says low battery trip recording disabled.

My insurance company says they will cancel my discount due to this app not working. So i guess it's my fault 😔 they won't be able to track me driving....

In the first week it became very clear that a score above 80 is impossible. We have been dinged for speed zone clearly marked at 20 mph higher than this app recognizes, as a passenger, for driving in so called rush hour traffic (in an area where rush hour is as busy as quite times in large cities). I cannot get trips where I was the passenger removed. As each day passes, I get more and more angry.
