App unstable. Battles to load and identify devices. Sometimes has to be restarted several times in order to function correctly. Custom settings often get lost and have to be reprogrammed. Takes ages to bring up settings and scores. Exercise function is so badly designed as to be virtually useless. It never records movement accurately. Really a frustrating app. It appears to work slightly better on ios devices, buy Android devices are definitely not a priority for developers. Shame on you

The TV Streamer is pretty flaky with the Starkey Living 2400's. left ear drops and hard to get it back, even though it says it's connected. Had the OnePlus 5 phone which isn't supported but worked better than this new Galaxy S21+. On the OnePlus, you could do other things on the phone while listening to the TV. On the S21+, as soon as you move away from the Thrive screen, it turns off the TV streamer. The Thrive app can get in funny states as well as the TV streamer H/W and needs to be reset.

Whenever I pull up the app, it's never connected to one or both hearing aids. It also has a tendency to change listening settings without reason. it gets worse. hearings back from repair. Connections good, but app doesnt see them. Reinstalled AGAIN. App says it sees aids, then says it doesnt, repeats same cycle.

I had an iOS with my job that just ended and a personal Android. The iOS app was great and did pair with the phone, Android doesn't. The biggest issue is with a custom memory and tinnitus control. There are 3 very little buttons under the volume control and above the menus at the bottom that are so close that I can't adjust them. IOS was similar but you could access those buttons and adjust tinnitus speed and volume. I cannot control them at all on Android even with a stylus. Very aggravating.

The TV module is buggy. It changes with no notice. If you walk into another room be ready to jerk them out. They go from decent volume to ear busting with no warning. Also don't bend over quickly the volume goes ear busting automatically. I have gone back to my old fashion reliable, yet bulky headphones. The manufacturer needs to hire some real professional sound programing techs.

How come you aren't testing and adding more android devices? I've had these since they came out. I still can't use all the functions available on the app. I'm very limited. I was told I would be able to use my phone for all the features by now. I have a Samsung A51. It meets the requirements you've listed below. It still doesn't function properly with my phone. I did take it back to where I bought my hearing aides. Didnt help.
