All it does is send a tone to the hearing aid, and nothing changes. Have not a clue how it's supposed to work and the help section doesn't. Çome on, I have these expensive aids and I have to go back to the audiologist for every little adjustment. It's a waste of my time and I need to adjust for different environments. Oticon next time.

Bloody useless compared to the price of the hearing aids. Would have expected something a bit more discreet and user friendly. Forget it in slightly noisy situations, useless.

Worthless on Android. It's been more than 1 year since app was updated, considering all the negative comments about the app Starkey must have abandoned this app, they clearly don't want to make it useful to their users. Will look for a more caring company when I replace my HA.

The volume doesn't increase nor decrease, the app just makes beep voice. You must improve this app, its convenient and very needy app. I hope there is update ASAP with resolved problem.
