I can't add my starbucks card because its asking me for my T.C citizenship ID and i only have a foreign ID. So basically this app is useless for me as a foreigner.

I cannot add my physical card to the application because I have a digital card and so I cannot earn stars or refill my physical card

With the new update, I can not add money via masterpass card even though the password comes to my phone and input the password on the app. It just says your payment is in progress forever. I don't understand why the never working update released, if so many people having problems with it it just means it is not ready. Basically it is just a nightmare to get stuck on such a basic operation that worked before.

The app was working fine before. With the new update it doesn't recognize my login, phone number or email, and I have lost my points and money that I formerly uploaded. I basically can't use the new app. Pity!:( Update: I found that if you use the website, it helps you to get passed sign in issues.

App crashes constantly on MiNote 3 via android 9. There is no way to open. Also sometimes app sends a notification and only a part of the message is visible. If you want to check that message later it not possible to see that notification once more within the application.

Worst app ever. It doesn't accept my password (password is correct) and when I try to reset it it wants a code that they supposedly sent to me but there is no code. Also it was keep crashing in the first place. I checked my phone and turns out this has nothing to do with my phone.
