Very informative app. Somehow I cannot access the Inbox icon in the App on my mobile. Everytime I press the icon to check or read, the App will simply close and I get kick out. This has been ongoing for months. Those message prompt on my homescreen, I can view first 2 lines, but not able to read full message in the App.

After giving feedback on the inbox issue, Starbucks Coffee Company has rectified it and I am able to see the messages. Hence, I am updating my comments here and giving more stars for the prompt reaction to he problem. However, I noticed there is this auto-reload feature which has been unavailable for quite some time. Please also rectify it soon. Thanks.

Receive message but when opening it, the app crashes. Its been happening for a while now. And sometime, acct is being log out automatically. Whats the point of sending messages to the inbox when it can't be read.

My credit card isn't valid anymore for some reason, which is perfectly works fine in any others use. Can't even register new card or update existing one. It's been already a month and still not working, can you please check what's causing this issue?

inbox is always empty, even after clicking on notifications. haven't been able to reload my card so i thought my credit card was the issue and removed it. have not been able to re-add my credit card details since.

Still the same problem for months, I keep getting notifications on the phone, but when I open them, the app launches but there is no information. The inbox is completely empty also.
