Why my rewards program not updated since yesterday? I bought 4 Venti size Drinks yesterday and when I check in the apps unfortunately the beverage rewards is not updated.. The Owner of this APPS please check why this happened? Please reply your feedback immediately! From time to time this apps is so useless and late take action.. Very disappointed!

I've read comments. But Starbucks didn't bother to reply. I have the same issues as some of the customer here. I can't even login in this apps (but i can login trough website) or create new account. I've uninstalled and installed again but nothing change. Starbucks notify customer on their reward changes, but they didn't read the complainant here what more to fix the problems with the apps. This is unacceptable.

It happen many time. During i want to proceed the payment. Your apps become lagged. It never happen during i want to reload. For your information. My connection always be in condition. Just upgrade your apps for everyone's convenience. Dont just take the money but becomes a problem to make a payment.

Had to say. First thing I notice it cannot sign up for first time. Secondly this today when I try to reset my password it didn't connect through the homepage. Personally I hate this app that could't fix the bugs like a month

Unable to Sign Up to link with physical card despite several attempt, including uninstall and reinstalled. Feedback through email but hardly seen any improvement. A waste of money for the company if they're hiring in-house IT specialist or outsource developer.

This app is practically useless...loading time takes forever...transferring funds, getting the card to load to pay etc..why bother? Hope your new reward programme fix these problems after so many years of not fixing the problems
