App is easy to use and saves your drink order, regardless of the complexity, to make ordering simple. Using the app gives you double the reward stars for faster free perks. It would be better, however, if there were an option to select your pick up time when placing an order for pickup! I have unfortunately made the mistake of thinking I could do so. Drink is ready & atvcounter 6 min after placing the order and I was 20 minutes away from the store. Something to think about y'all!

Good at first. Then bugs started. The favorite store changed. Order sent to wrong store. So restrictive, i could not cancel my order. I was told I had to drive all the way to the store to cancel and get a refund. Why can't we cancel the order within 2 minutes or something. To drive there to get a refund would cost me about 2 drinks more. Need to think things thru to make this so better.

I am having an issue with the app automatically reloading 10 dollars without my permission when there is already efficient funds still on the card. I will be taking my card info off the app and avoiding mobile ordering until this is fixed. Update: Found out that this app updated and automatically turns on "auto reload" so whenever your account goes below 10 bucks it takes it out 10 more dollars out of the account. Hate the feature, hate that this was activated WITHOUT my consent.

Incredibly frustrated. I updated the biometrics on my phone, which I understand means I have to update that stuff with my apps. However my app so has glitched to the point where it won't let me into my account. Reaching out via chat was a waste of time. They could see an old account and my current account but couldn't either link them for me or help with a password reset. I went to call where the wait time was more then 10 minutes. Not the worst but Starbucks can do better.

I don't know what it is but the app just doesn't seem to work at all with any android device. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and prior I had the S21. I'm able to pick and choose what to order but once I submit I always get the message a system error has a occurred please try again later. Really inconvenient. None of my friends who have an iPhone in the other hand never run into this issue.

Pixel 8 Pro here. App doesn't allow me to login. I get this message: "A system error has occurred. Please try again later." I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have restarted my phone in between uninstalling and reinstalling. Still not able to log in. I have reset my password twice and that didn't help either. Very frustrating user experience. Can't see myself going to Starbucks without the app.
