can't log in they use your personal information as a pseudo password so if you give false info and don't remember they lock you out.

I can't change the language to English and the app requires too much personal information for account registration. It's also buggy. Wish things were a bit simpler. I shouldn't need to give so much private data and agree to such long ToS to buy coffee using a card...

It seems to have a lot of different features, but crashes a lot. I started with a gift certificate my wife gave me, but haven't been able to add money from a credit card as it crashes every time I try. Will uninstall and reinstall, but if that doesn't work I'll use the last of the gift certificate and uninstall permanently.

Not useful at all...Longtime without working properly I decided to delete and reinstall it again. But after this I cannot log in anymore. Even inserting the correct password. It is a shame for a company like Starbuks in Japan have this kind of app.

The app is normally quite good and reliable, but it also took away one of my rewards which I'd built up over 2 weeks after an error occured in the app.. I sent Starbucks a message but got no response. My points reset to zero and I lost my pending reward.
