I hate that one can only add a credit card ad payment method, there is no way to change language settings, i hate that i have to get an app for each country and can't pay with my balance from my US account, also why can't I order ahead for pick-up? Totally useless the app. I'm somewhat disappointed after knowing how great it could be (e.g. in the USA).

The latest change to the system of 3 stars for every 1 euro is very faulty. Sometimes you do purchases and the stars do not appear. Also, when the stars were imported, a lot of information was lost. If you already did your share to be a gold, now you have to do it again. If you make this changes, make them fine from the first try. Adding things on the production stage is not the the thing to do. Test the app before launching a new version!

I love Starbucks, but this SB Germany app is the worst. It's like SB Germany is stuck in 2006. Why can't you guys use the same app you use in other countries, eg US? The US app is awesome. Issues with German app: faulty app, frequent crashes, cannot update payment method, cannot charge my account. Lack of functionality: no pre-order, no estimated wait time, no menu. Btw, when you update the German app, please also update the outdated German loyalty program while you're at it.

Adding alternative payment methods would improve this app tenfold, as for me it is as much of a hassle to top up my credit card, wait 3 days, and top up the SB card as it is to go to the store and do it right there. It's also ridiculous that I can now only top up 25, 50, or 75€ - was there a reason for that change? Also, I see my credit card (the same number) about 5 times in the drop down menu for some reason. The app is good for keeping track of the rewards and not much else.

I used to love the app cause it made everything easier!!! Payment, loading the card with money, seeing the rewards, but then it crashed and today was the first day, i was able to reset my password and log in again... I have to get familiar with it again, but sadly the American app has always been better than the german version...

Since the migration from stars to points, the app has been a complete disaster. First the card disappeared, then it was added back but with €0 balance, now the money is back, but all points and rewards are 0 and I have to start again. Starbucks DE is way behind the rewards and services offered by Starbucks USA/UK/CA. You can't order through the app, and you can't view the menu, and drinks are smaller and overpriced unlike the other countries. This is the nail in the coffin so, nie wieder.
