Useless app after refreshing the T&Cs. There us no accept button, only QUIT.

The app suddenly stopped working and asked to update before i can access it. Why force a user to update when the be certain is so buggy? I should be able to still access my account to make purchases without updating! When i tried to update it multiple times yet each time after the download finishes, the download process repeats itself in a never-ending cycle. The app UI is also too convoluted and complex. The previous version was much cleaner and easier to use.

It keeps crashing after some system update so my guess is that the app uses some deprecated or unsafe methods. I didn't expect that would happen on Starbucks though, and since there is no hot fix, either the programmers are extremely inefficient or it is the kind of problem that can only be fixed on 8.0

Consistently unreliable. Slow to open or crashes. This has been the case for almost a year of useage. Typically I just end up paying and not using the app. Living in Beijing, there are plenty of alternatives. Up your game Starbucks, or customers will go elsewhere.

The app doesn't feature enough English translation. All of the messages and notifications are in Chinese. This is not helpful in an English version of an app. Also the biggest issue is that android just had a system update and the app now crashes every few seconds and its not even being launched. Even writing this, I have been stopped 6 times by the app crashing. I need to Uninstall the app until it is fixed because its crashing is causing other issues and problems using my phone. Fix please

I was told by the app that a new version was found and an installation was recommended. While, the newest version in this store is still the old one. Maybe you guys need to make sure the lastest version is always available in Google Play, given about the fact that many foreign visitors in China would download the app in Google Play. Second issue of the app: it can't be accessed on my pixel 3a after I updated to android 11. Every time I opened it, it closed immediately.
