It works, until it doesn't. Without warning, whilst in a queue, you can't pay. Three or four days later, I'm invited to make an upgrade, though quite why this invitation should come so late, or purchases be blocked on an app that worked the days before is beyond me and, clearly, many others on this platform. Let's be clear, we don't really want your stars, or your tracking our purchases, we just want something that works. McCafe has a card with a stamp and they are cheaper than you anyway.

It'sa lottery. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Come to think of it, it rarely works as of late. Having problems logging in. On the rare occasion I actually log in, unable to top up my card. Starting to wonder if the free coffee is worth the hassle...

Another month and another problem with this app. Now it suddenly started ask (at start) to change password ... which is surprisingly don't working! It didn't asked for my email, so I do not even know if it want change password for my account. Application say that my old password is not correct format (normally I use fingerprint for login). Honestly, this is getting ridiculous, yours app is clearly the worst one from all these I regularly use. If you had not so good coffee and pleaseant barists in my local starbucks I would look for more reliable company. I resolved it in the end with changing password through web application, but this is far from user friendly approach. I do want come to starbucks, buy coffee and relax ... I do not want repeatebly solving issues with app ...

This app no longer lets me log in. I have to use the website instead. I see that 2 others said the same thing recently. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and clearing the app data on my phone. I think that your app is broken. I've been using it for 3 years without a problem.

The app sometimes logs out, especially when changing to Starbucks WiFi. Full of unintended behavior, payment terminal always has some issues, got account locked couple times thanks to the auto login / remember me function. Not sure how developers test this...

I live in the UK, have British sim and yet can't set a different location than Poland or Czech republic. I tried searching specifically for uk version of the app, I still got here. It is truly annoying and the app becomes pointless to me as I can't even actually use it. Any ideas how I can change the location? I saw I'm not the only one with that issue, yet no one got a response so far.
