It's a good idea, but with all that's said? I don't dare to recharge it by the app since I don't want to lose my time calling the customer support. Also, you pay up with your card and the stars take FOREVER to appear on it. EXTREMELY disappointing app. If you guys can check and update the value in my card, why can't the star update as well? It's not like I can use this card in any other establishment... If I use it, it can only be in one of your stores!

It's a good enough app when it's actually working! I can't sign in, because it keeps giving me an "Access Denied" error. It has tons of bugs and it should have more features, like a menu or a news feed. But at least when I'm logged in I can pay and see my cards' balance.

The apps is very convenient and trendy. I always in control for everything such as the funds, payment and also purchased history. I also will be informed by Starbucks regarding any promotion in their store. The store locator also assist me to locate the nearest store.

I tried twice and I don't get install, because I think that there's a bug on this app (due to present a error msg). Because of this, I don't get use this app in Canada. It's an absurd this kind of error for a big brand like Starbucks!

This app is freaking me up. I'm able to login on web page but on app is trowing an error "Acess Denied". Tried to install/unstall for several times bu still jot working for me. I have credits and Im not able to use it cuz on web page it does not generate QRCode. So mad!
