The app is no longer working so I can't access my Starbucks cash or rewards. Customer service still hasn't replied to my email regarding this issue. So disappointed. UPDATE: App is back up and running finally!

Same issue as everyone else, since the app updated can't log in at all, would be nice to actually get some support on this. UPDATE: finally after 3-4 weeks I can actually log into the app again.

One of the flakiest apps I've come across. Unreliable, hit & miss connectivity & now it won't even let me reload my account .. fist app I've come across that doesn't like taking your money!! Emailed support & got auto reply that it could be 3-5 days to get back to me ... TWO WEEKS later I'm still waiting ☹️ Useless

Constantly says that it's unavailable and kicks me out. Unable to use any of the features. Update: for the past 2 weeks when I have tried to sign in there has been a circle spinning on screen but it doesn't actually do anything.
