Couldn't get the app to work at all. Almost missed my appointment trying to troubleshoot it. It just kept giving an error message that the server couldn't be reached. Thankfully I was able to get on my computer instead. Maybe I'll download and try again another time.

It hasn't worked in the last two months. I had a visit in May and it did fine.

This does not work as intended. Worked when first installed but subsequent trials always take me to play store.

Doesn't work. When I click the test link in MyChart it brings me to the open screen in Google play even though the app is already open. If I reopen the app it takes me to the about screen.

Great app. Video and audio was extremely clear. Used a few times and no issues.

About this app

Welcome to today’s most personalized, clinically-integrated virtual healthcare.

ExtendedCare Telehealth™ is today’s most configurable and clinically-integrated telehealth solution, offering a smooth digital care experience for patients, enhanced clinical workflows for providers, and reduced workloads for administrators.

While some care will always need to be delivered in person, we believe everything else can be delivered virtually. In fact, it already is.

FOLLOW THESE TIPS FOR A GREAT VIDEO CALL WITH YOUR DOCTOR:

1. Ensure you have a strong wifi signal and are not relying on mobile data for a connection.
2. Close all other video-based applications before joining a visit. (e.g., Zoom, WhatsApp, Messenger, Google Duo, etc.)

With ExtendedCare, telehealth is more than just a video visit. Our purpose-built, healthcare-focused solution seamlessly integrates with your health records and enriches the caregiving experience with digital content and workflows.

Bottom line? You have much more to look forward to beyond a video visit.

No longer do you need to drive to the doctor, sit in a drab waiting room, or remain disconnected from your care journey. Instead, you can access interactive waiting room content from the comfort of your home, or participate in multiparty video visits where caregivers, specialists, and family members can come together to provide the insight and support you need—when and where you need it.

Meanwhile, providers get telehealth software built to keep paperwork to a minimum, and to connect them with patients and other specialists no matter what device is being used. Browsers, bedside monitors, smartphones and tablets, even remote-controllable Cisco Endpoints with pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities—it’s all connected. And to keep things even more on schedule, clinicians are notified when their patients have entered the waiting room.

Welcome to Telehealth Your Way™.
