Went to the West Ham game last night, because of the restrictions in place I downloaded the app the night before and I pre-ordered food and drink to my seat for half-time. I got confirmation. Seat number was on confirmation and it stated pick-up was not required. That way I wouldn't have to get up and queue up when the idea is to social distance. Sat in my seat entire half-time interval, but food never came, they've taken my money so not happy. Won't be using this app again.

Awful - crashes. Won't open. Downloaded as recommended for game on Saturday as per official CFC video regarding fans returning. Then just crashes again and again. Pointless

Downloaded as going to Stamford Bridge for an away game. Despite the picture above showing a 'visiting supporter' option, it wouldn't work for the away end. If I pretended I was going to be in the home end it seemed to work fine. So no use to me whatsoever.

It's always worked well for us. Make a note of your order no. and locate the correct cfc express counter for your order. I have often found there are stewards keeping order at the CFC counter at half time who are assisting the bar staff. I once ordered beer from the family section. The bar manager rang me to explain that i could only have soft drink in this section so refunded me the beer and gave me a coke instead. If you want half time drinks it's a good way of beating the queue. Just remember to go to the correct counter bring your order no. or print the order with bar code in case the app does not load up on your phone when you are at the counter. (they will also have details of your order and name)
