App works very well. It allows you to order for delivery, order for collection and order at the restaurant (to beat the queues). In certain offices/locations you can also order for lunch delivery to your office.

Pretty bad app experience: need to keep reopening app for it to realize kitchen is open, opening items is slow, was unable to pay (tried three different times with different cards). Ended up having to order in person after fighting the app for 20min

Completely useless if you want to use it to actually order food. You select everything you want, and pay in the app and then still have to wait in the entire queue. If there is an option to order using the app, there should at least be a separate queue for those who have already ordered and paid. Silly.

Completely out of purpose for eating inside the restaurant. First, we are obligated to pay the meal in advance, with no food yet. Second, after paying, the order is not directly sent to the kitchen, so you still need to go to the cashier to show your order (where you could have made your order and payed in first place..). I didn't go to the cashier and the app told that the food was already beeing prepared. At the end, we waited 45 min, nothing came and the dish we ordered became unavailable.
