Love the issue reporting with the options to attach a current location and picture. Hopefully this doesn't make it so easy that their maintenance crew gets overwhelmed! I think it would be nice to have more information in the app itself - all too often it just falls back to the district's website. Each park needs a description of its features, pictures, and - if applicable - a park map. I was particularly disappointed that Carpenter Park didn't have a trail guide. Another big one: Sorting/filtering options for the parks list. Let users sort by distance from their current location and let them filter out parks that don't have what they're looking for (playground, tennis court, bike paths, etc.). Lots of simple things you could do to really make this thing stand out.
