Customer support is a joke. I reserved a spot using this app on the 31st but when I arrived, the lot was full. There was no parking attendant. I called them but no one answered. I booked a spot in another nearby lot but that too was full. I missed the event because of this. I have emailed them several times regarding a refund but they don't answer the support tickets! I called their customer support, but no one answers the phone. This service is utter rubbish. I will never use this app again.

Used Spothero to reserve a spot for a sporting event. When we arrived at the parking lot we were told our reservation was canceled and no spots were available at that lot. Long story short - don't rely on this app to reserve your parking spot, as they cancel your resevation with no notice. If a zero-star rating were possible, I would give it zero stars. UPDATE - I will revise this review after I get a reply to my email sent to their Support team.

First time using this app and picked a "5 star" rated lot. It's crazy how this is possible since I can't find a way to rank the lot the my truck got vandalized in with 3 other cars. Was told by someone else that this is not the first time this has happened in that lot. Came from out of time and had no idea. Got to enjoy a nice 4 hour drive in sub 30 weather thanks to this app.

love the service and web version... app version has working favorite. 👍 that's the list for positive. app version missing sort by price/distance. slot machine date picking is a no go for me. there's a mistake in the add favorite interface. and it crashed a couple of times. never had issue with web version. unfortunately the app ux is a showstopper for me.. but doesn't stop my from using service ✅

I would like to leave a review for a specific parking lot, but the app has no (at least nothing easy to find) way to allow you to review prior reservations. I've had mostly positive experience with spot hero, but this time they oversold a lot... By quite a bit (cars circling with no options)... And there's nothing they can do to help you on the spot. Spot hero? More like zero spots! I emailed them before I wrote this review, and they never responded.

Open parking lots are basically dependant on the honor system. Spot hero only sells the spots, they are not the 'operators'. I booked a spot and when I got there all of them were taken so someone was there who didn't reserve. I called Spothero but they couldn't even find the number of the operator who monitors the spots. They gave me credit but it didnt solve the issue. I had to find another parking alternative. I warn you that you shouldn't really trust a spot hero reservation.
